This chamber music program revolves around the sea and the elements of nature with e.g. works by Elgar and Gösta Nystrøm and a newly written work by Ole Buck.
Elgar's atmospheric songs "Sea Pictures" to texts by 5 different poets romantically depict the power and depth of the sea. The same theme applies in the beautiful Swedish "Sångar vid Havet", which Gösta Nystrøm wrote in 1942.
The songs are framed by newer works, i.a. a completely newly written work by Ole Buck.
Ticket sales take place at the entrance to the concert.
Price for admission: NOK 150 (Maribo Music Association member NOK 80)
People under the age of 25 have free entry.
